# Team

**Nerlon (CEO and Co-Founder)**: Nerlon was a researcher for blockchain technology in the public sector. During his time in Brussels, he also lobbied for the blockchain industry in the European Parliament. He is a defi veteran and consulted many defi protocols. He is currently a full-time crypto investor. In his leisure time, he still consults public authorities on blockchain issues. \
\
Nerlon loves to cook and bake. He prefers to spend his spare time with his family.\
\
**Kevin (Content Creator, Marketing Manager, and Co-Founder)**: Kevin is a DeFi expert and content creator specializing in videos, white papers, copywriting, infographics, and Web3 Soft Skills services (communication, relaxation, de-escalation, and leadership). Outside of the Web3 world, Kevin treats clients' physical ailments and symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome using multidisciplinary modalities.

He's a father of two who dabbles in piano, singing, dancing, and multiple forms of exercise, but mainly... dad jokes — much to the dismay and chagrin of his children and fellow DeFi experts. \
\
**Sam (Business Developer, Co-Founder)**: Sam is a long-time DeFi trader and yield farmer with experience advising multiple Web3 projects. He runs a small donut shop with his brother and mother and enjoys gardening, woodworking, and gaming for hobbies. \
\
**Soup (Finance Executive, Co-Founder)**: Biotech executive by day, raging web3 degen by night. Originally from Seattle, WA - currently living in rural North Carolina. Big on skateboarding, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hunting, aliens/UFO's, and being a dad - he's basically a poor man's Joe Rogan. Soup is also the founder of $DGAF, a memecoin/NFT project on the Cardano blockchain.
